As we eagerly await the 2024 Parade of Homes on October 12-13 & 19-20, we're taking a nostalgic journey through some of our past parade entries. Welcome to our Parade of HomeSource—a celebration of our design evolution and craftsmanship over the years. Join us as we countdown the last 8 years, starting from our most recent masterpiece, showcasing the unique charm and innovation of each home.
THE CURTAIN BLUFF
This home offers a treetop experience with large, spacious windows that flood the interior with natural light. Luxury touches include two cozy fireplaces, a home theater system, whole-home security and automation, and an open-concept layout with a gourmet kitchen. The inviting outdoor space with a hot tub complements the indoor comfort. IRON MOUNTAIN HOME
Nestled in seclusion, this home seamlessly blends with its wooded surroundings. Large windows flood the interior with natural light, while the design pays homage to our unique mountain environment.
WEST ASHEVILLE TWO-STORY
This contemporary gem in vibrant West Asheville boasts Hanstone quartz countertops, solar panels, a Trex deck off the Great Room, and an owner's suite with dual walk-in closets.
MILLS RIVER CUSTOM
This home offers a bright main level for aging in place and a roomy finished basement perfect for guests and storage. Despite abundant natural light, this home is also surprisingly energy-efficient. Its stand-out features include a spacious garage with workbench potential and outdoor areas with stunning long-range views.
URBAN REFINED KITCHEN & BATH
A functional kitchen transformed into an urban-refined oasis with specific work zones and ample storage. Highlights include navy and walnut cabinetry, white subway tiles that extend to the ceiling, and an innovative trough sink solution in the master bath to accommodate two users in a tight space.
MIDCENTURY MODERN KITCHEN
This renovation blends midcentury open-plan design with modern amenities. Cherry and white cabinets complement dramatic wall colors while changing LED lighting sets the mood. A permanently plumbed coffee station adds convenience, and the porcelain slate flooring was scored at interesting angles to break up the large field of tile.
