During the COVID-19 pandemic, the HomeSource Design Center and HomeSource Builders offices are closed to the public but we are working hard at keeping our construction projects moving forward. The state of North Carolina has ruled that Construction is an essential business; therefore, we are permitted to keep working.

In light of trying to control the possible spread of the virus, HomeSource is taking the following approach:

1) First, we are going to refrain from starting any new remodeling projects that are owner-occupied. We will continue to start jobs in new construction, unoccupied remodels, and exterior projects, such as decks, porches, roofing and siding.

2) In those places where we will continue to work, mandatory job site rules have been implemented; this  includes hand-washing stations, mask requirements, gloves and distancing. Only one trade interior trade and only one exterior trade is allowed on-site at any given time. So, if you have a project you want to start, now is a great time to be working on your design, estimating, selections, pricing and proposal review. Our team of professionals is ready to assist you using different  avenues of communication including telephone and video conferencing. We have several creative ways of continuing to serve you.
